By placing your order, you have agreed to pay the price as stated. You will then receive a confirmation email from us stating your order has bee received. You will receive a further email from us when your order has been dispatched.
We will contact you via email if any of the items you ordered are not in stock, your debit/credit card will then be automatically refunded. Your order is accepted by us when you receive our email confirming your goods have been dispatched.
We may not accept your order if:
· Your payment fails to pass our security checks
· The item ordered is out of stock
· We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
· We find a product or pricing error
· A product fails our internal quality checks
· We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time, at our sole discretion
Pricing Error
Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch process so that, where a product’s current price is less that our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. It a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we may either contact you and ask you if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price or we may contact you to tell you that we have cancelled your order. You will then need to place a new order should you wish to still buy the product.
Prices online may vary from those in-store.
If you have any questions please contact our Customer Services team, during office hours Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm GMT. If you wish to speak to someone, please send your name and phone number, with some detail on your query to the below email address and we will get back to you as soon as possible, within office hours.

Payment
If you are paying by credit or debit card, we will carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your card upon receiving your order to ensure there are sufficient funds to settle the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until the pre-authorisation check is complete and authorisation has been provided by the card issuer. Paco.ie is not responsible for any failure of the card issuer to provide authorisation and will not ship your order until authorisation has been received by Paco.ie. By placing an order you confirm that you are the authorised card holder.
We will charge your card when your order is confirmed.
Paco.ie aims to provide you with a safe, reliable shopping experience. We therefore support Stripe as one of our payment processors. Stripe is an Irish American multinational financial services and software as a service (SaaS) company dual headquartered in San Francisco, United States and Dublin Ireland. Stripe primarily offers payment processing software for e-commerce websites.
We also use PayPal as a secure method of processing payments for orders placed. PayPal terms and conditions apply.
All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will either cancel your order or seek payment by an alternative method. If this should result in a delay in dispatching your goods, we cannot be held responsible.
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
During the checkout process, we may use the information you provided to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. In doing so, we may disclose your address and postcode, as well as other information about your order to third parties to perform that validation. Any disclosure of your information is done securely and you will never receive any marketing solicitation as a result of the information provided.
We take reasonable care to safeguard against unauthorised parties accessing your order information. However, we shall not be held liable for any loss caused by a third party accessing the data you have provided while using the website. We shall not be held liable to any person for any loss caused by the use of any of the information contained in or displayed on the website. For additional information please see our Privacy Policy.
Cancellation
Where applicable you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the distance selling regulations. Please see our delivery page on how to return your goods.
Passing of Property & Risk
We will retain legal ownership of all items until full payment has been made by you and the payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the items will immediately revert back to us if we refund any payment to you.
